The town of Oakville boarded Lake Ontario’s shore, 22 miles south-west of Toronto Commercial center.

Oakville’s prosperous population of almost is predominantly of British Isles ancestry and the town remains popular with newcomers from the UK. Visible minorities make up slightly less than one-fifth of the population – the main groups are Southeast Asian and Chinese.

The shore line is perfect for promenades with beautiful shoreline and two boating marinas. Oakville has a great school, play areas for children and an abundance of parkland.

As Oakville is built from the lakeshore to north, there are older houses closer to the lake. Northern part boasts new houses with a wide variety of layouts and finishes options.
